It is a pro series set which is meant for competitive battle and certain combinations/rippers and arenas wouldn't be very optimal. My child has recently gotten into beyblades and this set had a lot to offer. They works with our other launchers that we already have so there were no other parts to have to purchase. They hold up really well and the beyblades are sturdy. My boys have been playing with this set for a few weeks now. I guess that's a good thing but if he's happy it's good with me I don't know what that means but he's very happy with them and swears they are much stronger than the others he has.
